SV	En hebt een goed geweten, opdat in hetgeen zij kwalijk van u spreken, als van kwaaddoeners, zij beschaamd mogen worden, die uw goeden wandel in Christus lasteren.

ASV	having a good conscience; that, wherein ye are spoken against, they may be put to shame who revile your good manner of life in Christ.
BE	Being conscious that you have done no wrong; so that those who say evil things about your good way of life as Christians may be put to shame.

Darby	having a good conscience, that [as to that] in which they speak against you as evildoers, they may be ashamed who calumniate your good conversation in Christ.

Sch	aber mit Sanftmut und Furcht; und habet ein gutes Gewissen, damit die, welche euren guten Wandel in Christus verlästern, zuschanden werden mit ihren Verleumdungen.
Web	Having a good conscience; that, whereas they speak evil of you, as of evil-doers, they may be ashamed that falsely accuse your good deportment in Christ.
Weym	Yet argue modestly and cautiously, keeping your consciences free from guilt, so that, when you are spoken against, those who slander your good Christian lives may be put to shame.
